Derek Schulmeister has worked in the flooring industry for more than 30 years.  Starting into the industry in 1994 for a large commercial flooring contractor in sales, worked as a representative for commercial flooring manufacturers and started Floor Master Interiors in 2008.

His experience ranges from consultations with architects and interior designers on large commercial projects, property managers for common area or tenant improvement flooring projects and high end custom home flooring projects.  Derek’s knowledge and integrity in the entire process provides solutions made for you.  From consulting with customers on their flooring needs, site measures, takeoffs on architectural drawings, estimating, ordering, tracking, coordinating installations and timing to follow up and trouble shooting.  He is a trusted flooring advisor in all capacities of the business.
