What can we do for you? (What sort of repairs do you provide?)
We offer carpet re-stretching services if you have some or a lot of ripples in your carpet and it’s been bothering you for a long time. If your dog or cat got a little rambunctious and ripped your carpet. You moved something across your carpet and it ripped or you have a large red wine stain, we can help. Sometimes delamination or age of carpet, ripples are not fixable but we can discuss that onsite if we feel that’s the case. If the ripples have been left for a long time, the creases they’ve made may still be evident after the re-stretch but should relax to some degree over time.

Our installers are the best in the city with over 2 decades of expert installation experience. It is this experience, knowledge and skill that provides you with the best solution for your problem. They have many years of experience in installing basic cut pile carpet in a bungalow to large patterned cut and loops in multi-million dollar homes all requiring utmost care and attention to detail. It’s the fine details that set our installers apart and why your repair will look as good as it can possibly look.
How much will it cost?
Generally speaking, if we start the work, there is a minimum charge of $275 + GST to fix a simple problem within an hour or so. Larger more time consuming issues will be discussed onsite to see if we can find a solution that meets your expectations and budget.
Larger solutions may be due to extra time for furniture moving, larger areas or multiple rooms, materials or supplies required. All of this would be discussed onsite and approved by you prior to any work commencing.
Our installers will be able to take payment from you immediately after the work is complete by e-transfer. Debit or credit card transactions are currently being implemented.
What if this is not right for my situation?
We are a full service commercial and residential flooring contractor providing supply and installation services, professional advice, expert installations and if you decide in this process that you do in fact need/want new carpet or vinyl plank flooring, we can certainly help with that too.
